1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing JosmaPOS, you agree to be bound by these enterprise cloud terms, multi-tenant security protocols, and SaaS agreements.

2. Data Privacy & Tenancy Isolation

All operational database partitions, inventory metrics, staff credentials, and sales records are securely isolated per tenant organization.

3. System Usage & Administration

Super Administrators hold full authority over branch setup, permission delegation, and credential management within their respective tenant boundary.

4. Free Trial & Subscription

New tenants receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. After the trial period, your account automatically converts to the Standard plan (GHS 150/month). You may upgrade to Pro at any time from your subscription dashboard.

5. Billing & Payment

Subscription payments are processed via Paystack. Reminders are sent via SMS and email at 7 days, 3 days, and on the day of expiry. Failure to pay within the grace period will result in account suspension until payment is received.
